I am delighted with the quality of installation and the after sales service. I chose Raeli Hydro Systems because the drilling was likely to be the most unpredictable and complicated part of the installation and that is the core strength of Raeli Hydro Systems . As it happened, we experienced serious issues with artesian water sixty meters down and it might have created a real problem if the drilling was being undertaken by a subcontractor to a heat pump installer. Raeli Hydro Systems had the experience to solve the problem and were able to throw more resources into the project in order complete on time.

A note to register my appreciation for the work you have done for  me. I love the quality of work, you guys lived up to the International tag. We are so pleased with the results and I love the look of the kit in my Plant room. It was a pleasure to meet all your crew, they seem a great team so please pass on my thanks to them. I'm sure I will see some of them in the future.
